Paid Marketing Lead :

We seek a highly experienced and results-driven ‘Paid Marketing Lead’ to spearhead our paid media strategy and execution. This role demands strong internal and external consultative insights and leadership capabilities. The ‘Paid Marketing Lead’ will develop and manage effective delivery strategies aligned with our clients’ business objectives. This includes overseeing the strategy and planning of paid channels, managing campaign launches, guiding optimization efforts to meet performance targets, ensuring excellent client communication and expectation management throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop a deep understanding of client’s products, competition, industry landscape, and overarching marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Act as the chief architect in formulating delivery strategies, defining testing frameworks, creating performance forecasts, and developing comprehensive plans.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data and site analytics to extract actionable insights that will be presented in quarterly and annual business reviews.
  4. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop yearly, quarterly, and monthly plans.
  5. Assume full responsibility for managing client budgets, ensuring effective and timely allocation of resources according to the agreed-upon schedule.
  6. Manage project plans, campaign launch plans, statements of work, and delivery timelines to guarantee that all team members deliver high-quality work on schedule and within specifications.
  7. Foster strong working relationships with client teams and agency partners.
  8. Provide consistent support, recognition, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivating team environment that drives high performance.
  9. Contribute actively to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process improvements, and the successful rollout of new strategies or tools.
  10. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging best practices, and technological advancements.
  11. Develop and document Points of View (POVs) on key industry topics, contribute to the creation of best practice guides, and assist in the development of standardized process documentation.
  12. Provide necessary support to the Finance Department for accurate billing processes and the reconciliation of invoices.
  13. Contribute to developing compelling strategies for new business pitches which includes creating and presenting proposals, strategy and approach documents for RFPs.
  14. Own the responsibility of revenue goals with the business team for the Paid marketing practice.

Skills :

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns across a minimum of three of the following media channels: Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.), Display Advertising, Programmatic Advertising and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and demonstrate a strong understanding of ROI and performance metrics.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in paid marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary :

Not a constraint for the right talent & will be commensurate with the experience & exposure required for the role.
