Paid Marketing Executive (Google Ads, Meta & Linkedin) :
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Linkedin for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Meta, Linkedin and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign performance and achieve client goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for effective campaign execution.
Qualifications :
- 1- 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Linkedin, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC best practices, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads Manager and other relevant marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and other advanced analytics tools.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Previous Experience working in an agency environment.
- Experience with DV360.
