Marketing Manager :

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager (ATL, BTL & Digital) with 5-7 years of experience to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including brand building, social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. The person will report to Senior VP – Revenue

Responsibilities :

  • ‘Own’ the B2B marketing strategy, bringing your expertise and ideas to the role.
  • Conceptualize, plan, execute, and review the marketing strategy for the organization.
  • Taking ownership of marketing plans, budget allocations, channels, and content in order to deliver the B2B objectives, especially qualified leads generation.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and generate maximum ROIs
  • Build a user-centric & data-informed culture in the Marketing Team aligned with our business goals.
  • Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of collaterals, content, and aligned services in the areas of marketing, communications, and public relations.
  • Monitoring overall quality of brand messaging and actively evaluating progress and effectiveness of campaigns deployed.
  • Strategize and implement Brand Communications and PR communications on offline and online platforms.
  • Review and approve creatives, art, and copy developed by the teams, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales/ Business Development teams to drive innovative customer acquisition.
  • Strategies for participation of top management in marketing and industry-based networking events and conferences as panelists, speakers or participation of company for attracting potential clients.
  • Research and identify opportunities where good work can be showcased in industry awards both nationally and internationally. 
  • Coordinate with the operations team for submission of award nomination for the same.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Ability to optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure best results in terms of leads and revenue.
  • Team leader with prior experience in leading successful marketing team & campaigns.
  • Preferably have worked in a digital marketing agency.

Requirements :

  • Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set, prioritize and meet goals
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good written, oral communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Relevant experience of 5-7 years

Salary :

Not a constraint for the right talent & will be commensurate with the experience & exposure required for the role.
