HR Trainee :
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team, primarily focusing on recruitment activities. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (90%) & Operations (10%).
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Help in maintaining and organizing operational data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR and operational processes for better efficiency.
Required Competencies :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR recruitment is a plus, but not required.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Salary :
