Digital Sales Manager :
We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Manager to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will work with various departments and report to the SVP – Revenue. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, process oriented and motivated to increase sales and enhance the company’s reputation.
Responsibilities :
- Accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on outbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats.
- Attending business networking events to generate leads
- Create and maintain database for outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
- Market research to develop warm leads
- Develop an outreach mechanism through SOPs to reach out to target customers for generating leads.
- Upsell additional services as required to prospects.
- Get an understanding of the services offered at Infidigit on a regular basis by attending interna trainings as and when required.
- Deliver the monthly target as assigned by the business
- Understands pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads through ZOHO or other CRM tools and be able to present a report on a weekly basis to the leadership team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Enable the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client status.
- Adhere to SOPs for lead conversion and onboarding to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintaining client records.
Qualifications / Experience :
- Graduation is a must for this role
- Proven work experience as an Outbound Sales Manager (at least 2 years)
- Hands on experience with CRM software like ZOHO or Odoo and MS Excel • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
